Within the James Lloyd Almshouse Trust development a thriving community centre offers a host of organised social activities – including exercise classes, bingo sessions, darts, film and social evenings.

Meeting place for residents to participate in weekly activities and socialise.

In the common room there is tea and coffee, also a food preparation area with fridge and dishwasher.

For the residents a recently completed therapy room has been furnished with hairdressing facilities

Chiropodist also regularly visits.

There is also a modern fully-automated laundry, with outside drying space, available for use by residents.
With just seven parking spaces there is only limited off-road parking, but the local bus stop – within 100 yards of the development – offers access to Northfield, Cotteridge, Birmingham City centre and the cross rail system.
