Here at James Lloyd Almshouse Trust we have bungalows and flats, some ground floor and some on the first floor.

The complex is set in attractively landscaped maintained gardens, the development has a popular community room and its own fully-automated laundry.

The scheme manager regularly runs events in the community room for residents to enjoy. 

Each of our homes is decorated, supplied with a cooker and comprises of a hall, kitchen, lounge, bedroom and shower room, just waiting for your furniture and possessions to make it your home.

Each home is supplied with TV and satellite connections.Broadband is available (and soon to be fibre to the home too) Heating and hot water is included.
